About Carbon Earthworks
Growing up in a family heavily involved in the construction and land development industry, Adam Bontje at an early age discovered a passion for heavy equipment and excavating, and began running equipment as a summer job to gain further experience.
Shortly after graduating from SAIT Polytechnic with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Adam was presented with the opportunity to take over a small business with over 35 years experience in the Central Alberta area. In June 2011, Carbon Earthworks was born.
Since then Carbon Earthworks has continued to grow, servicing residential, commercial and new subdivision development of Central Alberta. As the team grew so did the equipment with the purchasing of top of line equipment for basement excavation, sewer and water installation and 40 tonne rock trucks enabled Carbon Earthworks to complete mass earthmoving services, essentially rounding out a full force of excavating and land development services they offer.
